Hour In and Hour Out

I saw a quote on FB yesterday that has stuck with me..... It was my step mom that posted it.

Okay, I'm back on my feet for another "day in"

Sheesh, there are some weeks when even "day in" seems too big, and I feel I need to change it to 

"Success is the sum of small efforts repeated hour in and hour out"
